Two stars because it actually made me laugh a bit how unhelpful they are.
Good luck if you have an issue with your purchase. I brought my chair from here about a year ago and it has a small rip in the seat fabric. I was just reaching out to find out my options for repair. But I guess that was too much to ask for.
I called them for a warranty claim. They provided stunningly good customer service. They went way above and beyond help me out. Now my Herman Miller chair is back in pristine condition. Thanks so much!
Ordered a Herman Miller chair from this company during the height of the pandemic in New York. Testing the chair was not feasible given stores were closed, and I was looking to complete my home office quickly. I don’t feel i received the best recommendation from this company. I requested a chair with lumbar support, I was told the chair in question(Model: Embody) had great whole body support.
