I visited to try chairs, and they promised to follow up with a sample for me to try. They never followed up. When I followed up and we scheduled delivery, the delivery never showed. Twice! Then when someone called and asked whether the delivery had arrived, I told them it hadn't, and he said he would follow up and call me back that day. He never called. It is hard to imagine how the customer service could be worse.
