Kelly is extremely experienced and get's results. I had a serious issue that was quite debilitating. In 3 sessions it was fixed, a miracle but also I could feel the shifts almost instantly. Kelly provides helpful grounding techniques for anyone struggling with nerves, anxiety or self-doubt. Her ability to empathise whilst remaining optimistic and energetic was incredibly valued and she left every participant in our three hour workshop feeling refreshed and motivated to strive for their goals. I definitely recommend Kelly to anyone that feels like their mindset is the biggest roadblock to achieving their goals!
I was lucky enough to do an actors workshop with Kelly which was phenomenal! She engaged with everyone personally with compassion and generosity and she is truly cares about helping people move through blocks to find freedom and healing. I found what she taught immensely clarifying not only for moments when I experience performance anxiety but also for the rest of my life where I can feel unconscious blocks present. I highly recommend her and hope to work with her again!
