Just had a 23 year old couch fixed up, cleaned & conditioned. That beast was sent to sister in-laws home. Thanks to everyone at the factory and Fernando & Jordan handling that beast. Fast forward to the two new chairs to complement our newest couch & new barstools. Frank, thank you, you're the best. Fernando & Jordan, thanks again for setting everything up. You guys are awesome.
We ordered our couch in January.... We wanted a seat height of 19", 5" legs, standard density foam and down topper which is above the foam just under the top leather on the cushion. The couch we received had the very softest cushions available. You slide off the couch. They tried to make up the wrong height of the decking with a layer of dacron on top of the down layer. Not only do they produce a quality product but they stand behind their products like no body else. Our 6 month old Bernadoodle drained a stain pen all over our 4 year old custom leather couch. Not only did they fix it like new at a more then reasonable price, but they treated us with the care and concern rarely seen today. They wanted to make sure our puppy was not punished so they discounted the repair. The owner of the company even got involved to make sure the leather matched.
