We ordered our couch in January.... We wanted a seat height of 19", 5" legs, standard density foam and down topper which is above the foam just under the top leather on the cushion. The couch we received had the very softest cushions available. You slide off the couch. They tried to make up the wrong height of the decking with a layer of dacron on top of the down layer.
