I would highly recommend Lauren Mcgarvey for therapeutic services. She does an amazing job meeting people where they are in their journey. She is passionate about helping teens understand their emotions in order to get to a life they feel empowered to live. As a fellow DBT provider (someone who treats life threatening symptoms such as suicidal thinking and self harming) I take referrals within the modality very seriously. Seeking treatment with a provider that does not have a strong clinical practice in DBT and does not seek ongoing training can seriously be a matter of life and death.
