I’m beyond impressed! We went to the Wilmington location. My 14-month-old son has several sensory and medical concerns, and the therapist we worked with was absolutely amazing. Ashely was highly knowledgeable, asked all the right questions, and handled his assessment with such care. QJ felt comfortable right away he didn’t cry once and was even able to sit down and complete tasks, something no other therapist has been able to accomplish with him in such a short time. I have worked at Creative Hands since 2018 and have loved it!! We have recently had a change in ownership! The new owner has proven to show their staff increased support, making changes to better serve our families, and taking initiatives to make us more efficient and collaborative. Creative Hands is a wonderful place. The staff does a great job with the special needs children. They take the time to learn each child and their specific needs. Nataliah is wonderful with our daughter. We have never felt comfortable leaving her alone anywhere because she is nonverbal, but we feel comfortable leaving her alone with Nataliah, knowing she is in great hands. Creative Hands is the best! My daughter is 2 and has been in OT for only 2 months and has made a TON of improvement all thanks to her amazing OT Nataliah! I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. She goes way above and beyond her job and genuinely cares about my child. She truly wants what's best for her.
