They are very experienced in VA home loans and all the different types of loans. They were extremely helpful. I vetted a few different national online lenders and 2 local lenders and eventually went with them because of their ability to speak knowledgeably on the local housing market, VA loan programs, and their excellent customer service.
From the very first contact, Kelli Pali and her team were incredible! We communicated well in a variety of ways...email, by phone and by text! We knew exactly what was needed at all times and it was a smooth process! I appreciated the portal to upload documents, but they also accepted some of my documents in paper form. Very accommodating and professional--I would use them again for any of our financial needs! Mahalo:)
The staff is so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and considerate. They were always on top of their game. Anytime I had a question they were always available and willing to help. I’m so happy that they were there for me to help me with my finances and loan process.
