Purchased an adventure titanium bike. I am super happy with it. Product was well priced and great quality. Michael the owner was great to deal with, very knowledgeable and patient, also provided great advice and great customer service. Highly recommend Cloud Co and Creative cycles. A must on your list if you are in the market for a titanium road/gravel bike or a great set of wheels. It’s great to see an Australian brand with competitive prices and great customer support.
I recently purchased a set of Classic 40mm rim brake wheels for my faithful Scott Addict. I was initially hesitant, but every time I saw some on the road I interrogated the rider about their experiences and opinions and got enough good feedback to give them a go. Michael and creative cycles are great to deal with. Bought a xcadey gen 2 powermeter online from creative cycles, through no fault of there's it was faulty. The communication from creative cycles was top, and they worked very quickly towards a solution. Will happily use them again, and recommend them to my friends. Also, Elilee cranks are awsome
I had my eye on an effective upgrade for my BMC Road machine 3 and spent a lot of time reading reviews and doing my research. Time after time it lead me back to these guys. Once I started talking to them I understood why - they were just so helpful and engaged - nothing was an issue for them. The result was a set of their 2024 classic wheels in a in a 40 / 50 combination. On the bike they look great and perform even better. I have been setting PR's all over Strava since getting them.
