Nathan and Mike at Creative are absolute legends. I bought a second hand set of creative wheels and asked mike to inspect the structual integrity just briefly. Mike said, no worries bring them in. I noticed a demo Foil come up and enquired. I've been hesitant to buy a Scott from my LBS because I don't rate Syncros parts but this bike was spec'd with Creative bars and wheels. I asked if I could get Duraace added, no problem. In fact no issues with anything. Michael will build whatever you want, which is how bike shops should be. The guys at creative are awesome. The wheels look fantastic, hub is the right amount of “loud” and they roll super smooth. Rim shape is brilliant as well. Competitive price and weight. Great to have them local. Highly recommend.
