This is my second time using Creative Crown. I first tried it 2 years ago on a room I had muralled and wanted the crown with the lighted effect as a finishing touch! It was so easy to install & I have absolutely loved it. I had always wanted crown on the rest of the house so returned to Creative Crown, this time putting it all the way to the ceiling & using the 5 1/2" vaulted crown. I have now used this in two homes. Very easy to work with. The product looks great and you can't tell that it's not wood. The installation videos were very helpful.
Friendly and excellent customer service, noticed when I had a typo and they verified with me before sending the product out, top tier! I would suggest an area to improve would be, the inner and outer cuts be labeled or color cpded sticker or in a bag to separate them, all the prices together took a bit of time to short out which-was-which and was kind of confusing for me. Quick shipment and wonderful packing, thank you!
