Susan was great and very patient. I never felt rushed and she worked hard to make sure I found the right couch for my needs. Quality is top notch as well. Delivery went smooth and was timely.
DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Purchased a sofa last spring that cost over $4000. Within a few months, the seat cushions sagged and puckered and the back cushions sagged like deflated balloons. We contacted the store who assured us they would petition the manufacturer for relief. After waiting 2-1/2 months, the store rep replied saying that the manufacturer would do nothing to fix the sofa.
