Our nonprofit church had a very disappointing experience with this dealership’s service department. We brought in a bus for a recurring door issue and were charged $850, yet the problem was never fixed. They kept the bus for a week, gave us the runaround, and only replaced the motor because we suggested it—assuming it might be under warranty. We wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Called them before hand and informed them we were looking for A/C repair work and the company that produced the unit told us to bring it here. They held the sprinter for 2 weeks before finally looking at it. Had to constantly call them for updates. We even told them” if you are busy, that’s is fine, let me pick the unit back up”. Purchased a small bus last year. Had to wait months for it to go through the inspection process. Once we take possession, we find leaks. They promise to reimburse for expenses to repair said leaks. They didn't. The AC has stopped working. Definitely not the quality product they advertise. I plan on filing complaints with both the better businesses bureau and the secretary of state in Texas (where I purchased).
