Outrageous! I’m one of many neighbors that witness dog neglect at this facility this poor lab mix lives in a crate for 18hrs at a time. If you can’t treat animals humanely I’m afraid for the mentally challenged that he’s responsible for. That dog is supposedly for comfort & support for the residents yet none of them can walk him, pet him or even sit with him while watching tv.
