He missed every deadline, gave incorrect material estimates, and then tried to charge storage and other fees that were never discussed — which is against New Mexico law. When I asked for my bed back, he refused to return my deposit and brought the bed back damaged: stained, ripped, and incomplete. No proof he ever did any work.
