If I could leave a no star review, I would. They dropped my children after there was an error in times of appointments they don't work with a family with extra needs even though they say they are ever understanding. They aren't worth the headache they give. They have two different times for late people 15 minutes for ot and 7 minutes for speech. I was literally pulling into their parking lot 8 minutes after for speech and they said it was too late then called me and complained we weren't there and that they had to reschedule... read more
These people have been nothing but helpful, patient, and kind. A very professional therapy office.
Knowledgeable clinicians who are child centered. I find issue with support staff and the cancelation policy. Support staff are either unable to make accommodations for reasonable cancelations or unable to recognize appropriate times when cancelations can be forgiven. Considering the vulnerable populations they work with prioritizing clients' relationship with their clinicians should be forefront in their practice.

Wonderful staff! They try to make the therapy sessions fun like a game.
