Very unprofessional, unsympathetic treatment from secretarially staff. You can clearly see she’s in simply for a pay check. It’s too bad Kelly was wonderfully. I will never return to a place that treats their patients that why. I stopped seeking treatment for ptsd due how she treated me. Disappointed.
My son had an accident July 4th 2023, I choose Creating Connections as trauma therapy for my son, and I am happy with my decision. Kelly was very pleasant to work with and made my son feel comfortable and safe while opening up about his trauma. She was very creative, considering he is only 9 years old. I recommend Creating Connections. They are pleasant to work with, the availability is great and reasonable and they have well educated staff.
