I have recently placed and, since, received my second order with Create Apparel - and am particularly happy with the result and turnaround time. My first order was considerably larger - just prior to Christmas (a couple or so ago). Only one t-shirt came out `wrong' - the bottom of the design on top, the top on the bottom. Shirts came quick. The quality is nice and the prints look good. AS Colour staples fit well. I do wish embroidery could have a lower MOQ but I understand thats probably to do with setting up spools and machines etc
Only good if everything everything goes perfectly. We did get our order but there is a lot of work to be done with their customer service. The neck holes are too small and the responses received from them were dismissive and disrespectful. We've worked with a few local suppliers and this was our worst customer experience so far. Also looks like a few people in the reviews are mentioning the same thing.
They were very fast at responding and were able to get it from inquiry to delivery so quick, which was very helpful! T-shirts look amazing and are a nice soft material!
