We work with Steve to have a sofa with a chaise attached to it. The upshot is that we had a fantastic experience. Steve is super responsive, he knows a lot, and he’s really patient. He had several samples of fabric sent to us. We also had the former owner come out to do an evaluation for $150, which Steve funds if you end up buying a sofa from him. It’s totally worth it. Steve was very helpful when I picked out a sofa for my new home. The sofa is so comfortable and stylish, I’m very happy with it.The quality is really good. Steve helped me storing and delivering the sofa once I got access to my house. He also helped me find a matching ottoman.
We just went to Create-A-Couch in San Carlos to get our new couch and loveseat. We got 2 couches from them about 13 years ago. The couches held up under hard use from pets (including our 235lb St Bernard) and 4 grandsons that visit a lot. We were so happy with the quality we went back. We ordered a custom sleeper couch from Steve to fit needs for a family room/guest room. I came to the showroom at least 2 times to figure out what would work best for us and our guests. We ended up with a beautiful couch (lovely fabric and color and made in the US) that works with the room, our family and guests who say it's comfortable! (See the picture with a family member enjoying it). Great experience and we would recommend ordering here. Saves money and Steve makes sure the delivery goes smoothly. :)
Our family purchased two sofas from Creat-a-Couch company over ten years ago. We are back to purchase two more! These sofa’s have been great for our active family, especially our pets and grand children. We are very satisfied with their quality and value. The sofas are durable and very comfortable. Steve, the owner, is very helpful.
