My first time going there was on 5-8-19 and didn’t know what I was walking into. The girl who helped me was amazing and very professional and knowledgeable. Big clean store. Although the guy who was working with her was helping another customer he kept looking around like he didn’t want to be there.

Create a cig is way too over prices and the customer service isn’t the best when you walk into the shop and you say your just wanting to look they hover over you which to an extent I understand but they just sit there and stare at you. Their prices are outrageous I have found several better deals at other places.
Went in today to buy pods for my Vape. They sold me two packs that were steeped so much that they weren't even usable (which the lady {who was very kind and actually tried to help} even took a hit of MY pod I was using and was also disgusted by how harsh it was) then the manager made ZERO effort to resolve the problem. Didn't even swap them out or refund my FORTY dollars I spent on THEIR garbage products. I will NEVER come back here again. The right is what it's supposed to look like!
