Staff is so rude :/
Called to talk to someone about possibly a job. Person on the other end of phone was rude and short with me. Staff needs better phone etiquette.
I am a home health nurse and I frequently see the residents here. The facility is beautiful and it is always clean. Residents are happy, clean and well cared for. Staff here have gone above and beyond to keep the residents’ moods lifted, particularly this summer during COVID-19 restrictions. Staff have a positive attitude as well. I have recommended this facility to people in my community who are looking for employment and also to those who may be in need of assisted living. This place was great when it first opened. Now it has gone down hill in such a short time. You can tell EVERY employee is there only for a paycheck. You pay 5k a month or more and the staff is not very attentive. When something happens to a resident...like falling... They do not even tell the family. No one knew until they came to visit!! The residents are not "walked" likelthey should be. They are sa down and left alonr. The person who runs this place needs to be trained better and train their employees better and keep tabs... read more
