I got a loan for a handicap van been paying through my banks Bill Pay for some reason they have lost my check 2 times in the last 2 months. They told me more or less it was my fault for sending a check I should set up auto pay and pay the extra $3.95. Be advise find someone else to finance a car through.
I am being generous with the 1 star very rude people and me and my daughter Sarah have been with them over 5 years it's her car but I paid with my account to pay it off and it was paid off car Dec 5 2025 they said we would receive title 30 days still nothing called today they just released title I call back Thur hopefully get it by next week if not think I'll be doing a road trip and won't leave till it is in my hand...... But they guy I talked with today was more helpful than the rest his name was Brian.
THE WORST FINANCIER that can exist in the United States they are disgusting ... even for breathing they want to charge you ... they are not aware of the mail and even by mistake of them they want to charge you ... I do not recommend them at all .... His employees are mostly rude....
