This is a Sorry Company.. Things happen in people's everyday lives and sometimes getting behind is unavoidable... these people a beyond rude.. soulless and talk to you like scum when they call... Customer service is a Joke!! Every single time I have talked to them I am beyond Pissed off at how they think they can speak to me! Im a Military Vet.. Dont think so buddy!! Worst company anyone could ever work with let alone work for... and I would NEVER EVER Recommend them to ANYONE
El peor banco con una tasa de interés del 24% y se atrasa uno algunos días y llaman amenazando que te van a quitar el carro, y les pide uno que si le disminuyen a la cuota y dicen que no. Lo peor de lo peor
This place has done nothing but bully me about my car loan for the entirety of the time I’ve had it through them. Refusing to work with people when they need 2 more days to make the payment. Reps are disrespectful, won’t listen, refuse to help people out. If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you can get a loan from a loan shark, I’d advise doing that over dealing with these people
Don’t recommend this company. Over priced and to high interest rate then when you cannot afford the payment on a 26000 dollar vehicle that you voluntarily return they should get at least 25000 out of it being brand new with 100 miles on it. Then you don’t hear nothing. No mail, no phone calls, nothing then they try for a lawsuit for 13000 that you had no idea about for 5 years.

I believe I was provided conflicting information on multiple occasions, and when I questioned those inconsistencies, her attitude became increasingly hostile and confrontational.
