I've never encountered such rudeness from a company as I have with this one. Despite my efforts to communicate the issues, they showed no concern. In fact, one representative even yelled at me over the phone. However, Miss Sheena Buchanan was outstanding, understanding, and respectful, and I would give her a 5-star rating if possible.
Awful company. It’s a scam. They will call your phone a million times and antagonize you even after you ask nicely not to. Talked to a guy tonight who called me about 8 times. Since I was at work and they wouldn’t stop calling, I finally answered and I asked him very politely please not call me again I’m at work and I’m busy right now. I had an account with Finbe USA. I have never dealt with such a rude and disrespectful finance company in my life. When you car payment is due, the call you two days before it's due, then the day before, the 5 to 6 times on the due date. If you a late by a day they will blow up your phone from 830am until 759pm for this payment. So another finbe adventure so I’m understanding that they don’t honor payment arrangements I made arrangements now 47 calls and 16 messages of threats of repossession or action being taken and on top of that they’ve started using ai to do the work it’s relentless text after text calling in the middle of the night constantly they are low tolerance for anything
0.5 stars if possible in the beginning when I was going through financial hardship there was no care in the world. When I said they would threaten to repo your vehicle / turn it off and leave you stranded unless you made a payment. It’s been times where I was stranded and they cut the vehicle off and said I had to Uber home knowing that the vehicle was my only way of transportation.
