Awesome range of products
Rude unwelcoming female "manager". An error in purchasing something l found l already had while caravaning through Roma Qld, l politely asked to refund or exchange. Was asked by the eldely female "you're not a Roma person?" She pointed with her biro at the returns policy on the counter. That was it. No exchange.... nothing. I was happy to change the item for something else, even if it meant spending more, but this unfriendly piece of "management" was not welcoming my custom.
