Worst customer service ever! We bought an electric fireplace from Moe a little over a year ago. This winter (the first winter owning/using the fireplace) it quit working. We called Moe and he said he would work with us to get it fixed. I sent him an email in early December with all of the info he requested. It was in late January before we heard back from him and he needed another piece of info. I sent a reply with the info immediately. We didn't hear back from him.
