I I’ve had one of the most frustrating furniture-buying experiences with this company. I was promised a high-back sofa — what arrived was nothing like that. The second replacement was a color I didn’t ask for, and I wasn’t given options. They even offered a display couch that people had already used. Why would you offer a couch that people have sat on when I paid over 600 for a couch? Unacceptable.
