Professional service
I have used these guys a few times now on trips to Brisbane and they have been great every time. Really reasonable prices, easy check-in process and flexible. Had to extend twice my last trip due to visa delays and they were so accommodating and managed to get me booked for extension both times. The only thing was that their in house insurance is quite expensive in comparison to the actual rental price so would suggest finding your own. Other than that I really can’t fault them!
Great prices, friendly and efficient staff, and an easy shuttle transfer. When I made a mistake with my booking, I was dealing with real — and really helpful — people who sorted it out quickly. The car had an issue with CarPlay, and they immediately swapped it for one that worked, then helped resolve a payment issue at the end.
