Hired a Corella for 4 days with Crazy Clark's Car Rentals in Brisbane, from the bus shuttle until the return trip to the airport it was both a cost effective service and pleasant experience. Will definitely use this company again on our next visit the Gold Coast.
All went as expected and great price. Staff inspect the car with you at start and finish of rental and give you confirmation in writing.
Competitive rates, good service. I was given a low mileage Kia Rio and agreed a manual was ok. I didn't expect 7 forward gears!!! Seemed to spend a lot of legwork changing gears, especially in built up areas and in dense traffic on M1. Car was fine for country driving. Will be more choosey next time
I’ve read through most of the reviews and most complaints are to do with costs at time of collection. Had the same issue as well. No one is disputing deposit or credit card issue. The concern is a lack of information provided at time of the booking online that at the time of collection if no credit card is available but using a debit card there will be costs involved and state the costs. The same with insurance costs. U guys have it on your desks to show at time of collection but it’ll be better for us customers to see those... read more
