The worst experience in my consignment life so far. The clerk behind the consignment desk is a condescending and rude bully with really questionable tactics. Here are a few policies to blow your mind: 1) No checks issued (pick up only within 90 days) unless the amount exceeds $30. 2) No email or phone call to let you know your check is ready for pick up. 3) Combined amount of all sales regardless when you brought them in so you never know when the 90-day window is over. 4) If check is not picked up, amount will turn into sto... read more
Not sure what this lady was upset about but this store is awesome. I refer alof of families from the hospital I work at to shop there and they all love this store. Staff are very professional and work with %'s. They run a great store! They are stroller and kid friendly. They are very picky on their consignments & restock it daily. I am glad to find clean & wrinkle free items. No garage sale there! I invite
