Ordered a set of felo electrical screwdrivers and it was missing a part from the manufacturers warehouse I suppose. Gave them a call and had a replacement on its way in minutes. Thank y’all. Will spread the word. Best tool spot.
I love this tool store. Diana is the best for customer service and is very helpful for ordering tools. The tools are excellent quality and Prices are extremely low. They carry the best brands like Knipex, Bondhus, Felo and Wiha. Highly recommend over Lowes or Home Depot.
Ordered some Knipex Pliers from Crawford's website (Cobras 87 01 250, Wrench 86 03 180, Cutters 74 01 80). Put order in on a Saturday and ALL 3 Items were sent out together the following Monday. Price was unbeatable anywhere else at the time, fast free shipping in a adequately packed box.
