Great customer service. Ordered a 5 piece set of Witte screwdrivers even after they told me they didn’t have it. Thought maybe it could be shipped from somewhere else or when they get it. They upgraded it to the 6 piece at the same price for no extra charge

Ordered a set of felo electrical screwdrivers and it was missing a part from the manufacturers warehouse I suppose. Gave them a call and had a replacement on its way in minutes. Thank y’all. Will spread the word. Best tool spot.
I love this tool store. Diana is the best for customer service and is very helpful for ordering tools. The tools are excellent quality and Prices are extremely low. They carry the best brands like Knipex, Bondhus, Felo and Wiha. Highly recommend over Lowes or Home Depot.
