Receptionist refused to lend me a screwdriver during move out even though I literally needed it to get my TV out. Guy was way too much of a stickler. I only needed it for like 3 minutes. When I asked for the manager, they declined. In the end, I managed to get the TV out using my friend’s screwdriver, no thanks to that receptionist.
