Staff was nice, to the point, and got it done
I've never had to be on Metro before or anything so it's pretty nervous about it and almost missed my chance of being approved but the women were really nice very willing to give answers to your questions and kind of relax atmosphere
The lady at the front desk is so rude,she is sarcastic with how she speaks to you, it's like she is looking down on you,I asked simple question for her and was treated like that she needs to quit her Job if she is going to be like that.
The office & one person. I spoke with was rather rude, wouldn't let me explain myself. Wouldn't let me ask questions without being interrupted. I didn't even go to my appointment because of the way I spoken to & treated the phone. Missed an opportunity for a great program. Because people do not know how to professional.
