I’ve been going to Dr. Crawford for over 30 years. He has been a good dentist, but it’s time for him to retire. Went to have a filling replaced that he did five years ago. When he did the second stick to numb my mouth I don’t think he placed the needle correctly. It hurt bad and some of the liquid in the needle went down my throat. After waiting for me to get numb it still hurt when he started removing the old filling so I had to take a third shot. My tongue, cheeks and lips were numb for hours. Wish I could give negative stars. Been bringing my kids here for years and it has never gotten better. They want you here 15 minutes prior to an appointment that you will not be seen for for another 2 hours, sitting in an overly heated waiting room. If you ask to reschedule an appointment all of a sudden they can bring you back and disregard the other patients that have been sitting and waiting for a scheduled appointment. They schedule at least 10 people for the same time knowing they have one dentist. When asked about why ... read more
DO NOT GO HERE!
I definitely do NOT recommend this dentist. I think he has reached his prime!! My second time visiting, went in for a filling and my tongue has been numb for two weeks now. He hit my lingual nerve (didn't even let me know he was going to stick me with anything just went in and started sticking). After, the first stick my left side of tongue immediately went numb and has been numb since. I have lost sensation and taste on my left side of my tongue which is a horrible sensation/feeling.
