Absolutely rudest people possible to deal with, anytime you call.
Whoever answered the phone today was EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional when my husband and I called just looking for information about taxes. Assessors office was very professional and nice. Come on people, this world is ugly enough. You don’t have to talk to people that way! Absolutely uncalled for. -10 is my review!
Attempted to pay my taxes online 4 times on December 19th and December 20th. Website gave me an error all 4 times. I decided to send a check via my banks bill pay app. The check arrived to the collectors office on December 27th, before the deadline. It included my account number and my name in the memo. Yesterday I emailed the collectors office to check on my payment status as the check hasn’t been cashed yet and Pat Schwent responded with the following: “ When get through the 5 trays of mail we have and we find your payment... read more
Went to pay our taxes website states open Monday - Friday twice on two different Thursdays both time office was closed. Pat Schwent call me back and was very rude on the phone. They could be working in the court house and helping people get the bills paid but they choose not to do that. As a someone that was elected you would think she would want to help not fight with the customers that are trying to make payments. I would love to give a -10 star review.
