Had Crawford and Company engaged by Allianz regarding a water escape claim. Although their supervisor attended only a few days after the incident it has taken over 4 weeks for the company to send the report to the insurance company, delaying the claims process and leaving me living in a home with water damage. Still currently waiting for a return phone call or email or anything from Crawford and Company to let me know the status. Very poor talk from a person named Joy. I work in BP from past 2 years and my car is broken down in the same car wash which is recorded on the video footage. And she’s denying the claim based on wrong information and even after my store manager told her that the information which she provided was false. She’s not changing her decision . She was very aggressive in the last call and said me to go hire a lawyer and not to call back. Pretty terrible experience overall. Ignored emails, ignored followup emails, promised callbacks that didn't happen, out of dates forms sent through. Everything just felt lazy and cobbled together. Relieved that my claim was for something relatively minor. Wouldn't trust this company with something bigger.
Don't pay their suppliers for months and months despite promises. Dishonest.
Very very dissapointed with how our claim has been handled. The number of brocken promises was staggering.
