One of the worse insurance claim adjuster we will ever find. Jason Sims was handling my case. My insurance company was Allianz. Worse at his job, slow, ineffective, unprofessional. Wasted my time and money. Some builders can finish building house in 6 months but he took 3 months just to find a builder to fix damaged house. After 3 months still don't know when construction will start. Pathetic.
As of today, my claim has been open for 838 days with no resolution on sight- despite me working tirelessly to try to have anyone take any accountability and action. That tells you all you need to know about how Crawford & Co help their clients
If you have to deal with them, good luck. Shocking experience — the senior loss adjuster I dealt with was callous at best. Don't bother with their internal complaints system either, seek legal assistance or go to AFCA.
Extremely poor experience with Crawford & Company. If your insurer assigns your claim to them, I would strongly recommend questioning it. The process was slow, frustrating and added extreme unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I would never choose to deal with this company again.
