Very... I repeat VERY disappointed in the communications within this company. I had to a first up visit on a particular day, nominated by the insurance assessor. I waited onsite for over 2 & 1/2 hours before they arrived. Totally unprofessional in these days of good mobile coverage. Not happy at all Jan!
