Much like the other reviews, Crawford have been absolutely useless handling my RACQ claim that's been underway for 5 months now. They've sent multiple builders, all who had different opinions of the scope of work and some not even qualified to complete the work on my roof. Crawford slipped up by sharing the first draft of a SOW/Quote that actually reflected the work that was required to fix my place. Don't pay their suppliers for months and months despite promises. Dishonest.
Our experience with Crawford was positive. Andrew Allan met us onsite next day after Discovery came for rescue. He's always there for us from his first day inspection till the handover meeting with the builder when the repair work has been completed. We felt his caring nature during the entire claim process. He responded quickly and made the claim easy and hassle free. We're so grateful to him for his support and help. Well done Andrew Allan. Yim
Whilst i fully understand how busy Crawfords are after the QLD Tornado on xmas day, it doesn't excuse the absolute poor service of not even acknowledging an email. We keep leaving messages and emails only to be totally ignored. Extremely poor and really not good enough when people are stressing about their properties being repaired
My experience of their service since the Tornado is totally abysmal. Other than 1 email from them I have had to make all the contact. Normally I can't get through to anyone other than the switchboard. They always end up in getting me transferred & then being cut off. I note that the website reviews complain of similar poor service. I have been advised that someone will ring back. It is 2/55pm but not holding my breath. Next call will be to the RACQ because they nominated this company to deal with my Claim
