You’ll see from my profile that I never post negative reviews, but it’s required after an extremely disappointing experience with Crawco. My car was scratched during an On The Run Happy Wash, and Crawco handled the claim on behalf of the business. From start to finish, the process felt closed off and dismissive. Fantastic experience with building consultant Dan H - he reviewed my claim on site - he was brilliant - arrived on time to the minute, checked through everything carefully and really clearly explained exactly what the next steps are. It was a relief and I was super impressed.
Well I am currently dealing with this company and representing a group of companies where we have a rather large claim, and I am afraid that looking at the vast majority of reviews left by people I hold little hope for our somewhat substantial claim. As always insurers are very quick to take your money but very slow at assisting in the time when you need them the most.
