Much like the other reviews, Crawford have been absolutely useless handling my RACQ claim that's been underway for 5 months now. They've sent multiple builders, all who had different opinions of the scope of work and some not even qualified to complete the work on my roof. Crawford slipped up by sharing the first draft of a SOW/Quote that actually reflected the work that was required to fix my place.
