Craving vapor leaves everything to be desired in customer service department. It's non existent after the point of them acknowledging receipt of your goods for repair. They stated turn around is 20 to 30 days. It had been three times that and counting. Any attempt to communicate is ignored. They go frost after they get your goods that you paid for back for warranty repair. Liers and Thieves thats what they are. Criminals. Beware.
