Very low selection and worker seemed bothered to be doing the job not helpful
Started going to this store since Butter dispensary across the street closed. The service was always lacking in terms of communication. The staff usually mumbles very quietly making it very hard to hear to what they are saying. They have also never had any knowledge or information on the product they are selling. My last straw was this past week when they shorted me 7 grams on my purchase of an ounce. I even pointed out to the employee that the amount was short and they insisted it was correct. Prices are very high
Management is terrible, poor customer service, and the staff is uneducated, and they are fired the only guy who knew anything. If you want to keep your customers happy you have to cater to them, not to what’s easier for you, managers have to step up and figure out how to run the place.
