I've liked this place in the past, but today was very disappointing. I placed an order online this morning, said it would be a long wait but thats fine. By 8:30 I start getting nervous about it because I haven't heard anything. I had tried calling but the phones just kept ringing and nobody picked up, so I figured that they were maybe busy. First time visiting this dispensary. They had flyers all over the counter saying first time patients get 40% off. Was told they were old flyers and I didn't get that deal. I work in retail if I had a flyer in my store saying something I would have to honor it

Started going to this store since Butter dispensary across the street closed. The service was always lacking in terms of communication. The staff usually mumbles very quietly making it very hard to hear to what they are saying. They have also never had any knowledge or information on the product they are selling. My last straw was this past week when they shorted me 7 grams on my purchase of an ounce. I even pointed out to the employee that the amount was short and they insisted it was correct.
