It was easy to go in and pick up my furniture. I was told at the store that I can request them to open the box and check the item visually for any defects before I take it home. However, when I got there and reversed on the platform after send them a message to the number on the back of the building, the guy told me he just got instructed not to do that, that very day. I felt a little annoyed about that. Other than that, my chair ended up being great!
