I assume online shopping is sent from here. I love Crate & Barrel, but I’m officially done with their online shopping experience. They use Inland shipping, and every single time they do, I never receive my order. I always have to call customer service, and then they resend the item. My most recent order was placed on April 8th for Easter. It’s now April 19th, and not only has it still not arrived—it’s clearly not going to make it in time for Easter.
