These guys at the warehouse were really helpful and friendly. They helped me figure out the best way to tie down and transport my sectional couch. When we couldn't fit all 3 pieces, they were so kind to let me come back and get the 3rd piece even after they closed. The guys are here are super helpful and a shout out goes to their floor manager.
I took a morning off because they were supposed to deliver my sofa, they call me 30 minutes before the delivery ETA to say that it has been canceled. They rescheduled for the following Monday. So I decide to take Monday morning off, guess what? They let me know with an email one hour before, tried to call but no one picks up. I genuinely hope you all go jobless because clearly you cant work properly and with respect. Worst experience ever
