Good service and good overall experience for me.
Awesome experience at this location with Adel T today. We bought a Jura coffee machine today and a bunch of kitchen stuff. Adel was super patient, attentive and overall just a pleasant person. We spent about 2 hours picking stuff out and he helped us entirely. Rusel also helped us complete an exchange and gave us great recommendations for what we need for our new coffee machine! Thank you guys!
Updated Review (2025) I used to love Crate & Barrel for its quality and design leadership, but sadly both have declined. As a designer and long-time customer (and a person who actually worked there part time in the past), I’ve seen major drops in product quality and care. Recently, a Crate & Barrel candle I purchased, later broke apart after its burning time, melted over my expensive hand made rug ruining it— a serious safety hazard that could have caused a serious fire... This might have been the worst service i have ever received. I spent 3k on a bed and it is a nice bed but was said to take 2 months to come. Two and a half months later the bed came with missing pieces and the people were so rude and said it would take another 3 weeks to get this one part for my bed . This was the worst customer service ever I genuinely don’t know how a large company can survive and treat their customers like this. I have seen in other reviews this is a trend for this company.
