My favorite furniture/home store in the city. But there’s this male sales person that always rushes you to check out once you chose something, he doesn’t give you a chance for you to explore the store, like he doesn’t even want you to be there anymore, very uncomfortable experience that I’d been unfortunate to experience twice. Didn’t even ask if I had an account to register my order. So rude, love crate but I believe this person doesn’t belong here. Completely ruins the shopping experience.
They do have nice stuff so I will keep purchasing, but they need to train their staff to be more customer service oriented. I was served by Adel last week who, without even checking, said curtly the mugs I wanted had to be ordered online (he helped to find it only when I showed him via the website that it was in fact available in store), no apologies whatsoever. I cannot even express how great my experience was with Matthew Alfieri when I was buying a couch (for the first time ever) my experience was amazing. He has helped me with everything, very Knowledgeable , very patient , very helpful and super nice ! I’m not the one who ever leaves reviews but I am that happy. He even went out of his way to resolve my delivery situation because I ran into some complications and even responded to my email on non working hours ! I’m super Grateful!
Mai 2025 Wir bummeln vom Madison Square Park runter zum Union Square, da sahen wir dieses phantastische Geschäft. Es zog uns unweigerlich hinein! Was für eine tolle Atmosphäre, was für ein tolles Angebot, wir waren sehr beeindruckt! Was mir sofort ins Auge gefallen war, war diese flache Korb-Amphore - wunderschön.
