Once was the First Stop for dinnerware & glassware now it’s selling furniture… . It’s all about overpriced stuff that you can buy on Amazon (if you look hard enough)!

Very disappointing experience at the Crate & Barrel Garden City, RI location. I have been a loyal customer and credit card holder for years, but my family and I were made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome during our visit today. Several employees closely followed and monitored us throughout the store after we had already said we were fine. Stopped by on Saturday 3/28 to pick up an order. The store was not busy. About 5–6 staff members were surrounding a customer’s dog petting the dog, and no guests or staff were at the register. I walked up to a register to wait for assistance. A blonde woman named Nicole stepped away from the group and asked if I was there to pick up an order. I said yes and provided my order number.
