Unprofessional customer service @ Crate & Barrel, Paramus NJ Unprofessional, rude & lazy staff that does little to help the customer. When you complain the problems get worse because then "everyone" refuses to assist you with your purchase. It makes no sense especially when we are in a recession and retailers are going out of business nationally. Furniture and more The Crate & Barrel is filled with beautiful furniture mostly made of wood. They also carry rugs and other items to decorate a home. The prices are not inexpensive but the quality is excellent so the prices can be justified.
