I am extremely disappointed with my first furniture purchase and my customer service experience. I purchased a king size bed in-store today and was giving a 10% discount despite having a 15% off coupon that was sent to me. I was told I could apply the coupon later, which I was fine with as they did not have my other items in stock. Three hours after placing the order, I noticed my delivery address was incorrect and called customer service to have it corrected. I bought over $8,000 in Calipso entertainment system and bookcases in March. It was delivered with the wrong book case and the other was missing shelves. We accepted the wrong shelves as they looked okay in the space, but we still needed the missing shelves. Its now 6 months later and we have had over 5 attempts at delivering the missing shelves.
