We recently received our lounge chair & a half and ottoman. Nora was absolutely wonderful!!! She helped me every step of the way. From choosing the perfect chair to picking out the right leather option for us. We did have a few hiccups with delivery but she handled the situation with persistence and grace. Could not have ask for more. I highly recommend asking for Nora!!! Such a joy to work with♥️

Aliona Diaz at Crate & Barrel Plano is the best—highly recommend! I’m extremely picky, and Aliona made the whole process easy. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and walked me through every step without ever being pushy.
