Really disappointed that I walked into the store on a Friday mid day where 2 sales associates were standing behind the cash stand without customers and failed to recognize or welcome me into the store. I walked/shopped the entire lower level and upper level and not one associate attempted to engage with me. I will admit a visual associate hurriedly walked by and said "hello" but I would not have expected her to ask to assist. At the time of my visit there were 3-4 other shoppers in the store. Store is dusty, customer service is terrible, and there is very little inventory. Made to feel crazy for asking about a huge price increase in a simple product.
