Store is dusty, customer service is terrible, and there is very little inventory. Made to feel crazy for asking about a huge price increase in a simple product.

Absolutely atrocious staff. They were extremely rude and judgemental. I wish I could give them less than 1 star.
Love crate and barrel’s product, but the customer service of this particular store really sucks. Ppl at the register don’t know how to do simple returns. Forgot to print my receipt for the new items I purchased and didn’t know how to reprint. Over-charged me for the items purchased with no apologies. What could be done in other stores in 5min. I had to wait tor over 40min at this store.
