Great selection of quality items for the home - or office!
I am incredibly disappointed with the customer service and return policies at this Crate & Barrel. I purchased a premium item (Le Creuset) that turned out to be defective. When I brought it to the store to get a refund or replacement, they flat-out refused to help me. Their reasoning? Because the item had been opened and used. Of course it was used, that is how I discovered the defect!
