Furniture mass damage. Two hours to get no one. They want me lift 300 pound furniture to ups! It was delivered by delivery service. Where is ups at. How am I to get this to ups!! No customer service. Tried three times to get the store to talk to me!
Called the store to check for a candle if it’s in stock for same day pick up since the site stated it’s available at this location. This is a very special candle that I NEEDED for my home. I had envisioned this candle creating the perfect ambiance for the room. Waiting on the phone, I received a disappointing "No, it's not in stock" at the legacy location. Recently I have had two negative experiences with the staff at this store. I don’t think I’ll purchase anything here soon. On one occasion, I was trying to return a duplicate registry gift and the person behind the counter was incredibly rude and rushed me - it felt like she was annoyed that I was there and asking for customer service help.
