Yesterday my husband and I came to look at things for our new home that is in the process of closing any day now so we wanted to find some items for our new home. I visited this store to help me with a damage from a gift I received at my bridal shower. We used the pot only once and followed instructions to only use silicone utensils and the ceramic green pan pot was damaged. Crate and barrel said there was nothing they could do and referred me to the parent company. It seems silly that a simple exchange could not be completed for a defective product and the associate I spoke to asking about options brushed me off, spoke over me, and refused to help.
