I stopped going to this particular store for over a year because of its deplorable service. However, we recently stopped just to get a last minute gift and WOW 🤩 what a difference true leadership makes! We ended up staying over an hour and spent more than we planned but worth the positive experience. Superb customer service! We would like to thank Luna, Mariana, Jessica, Araceli and Michelle for going above and beyond on Christmas Eve no less and earning back our business! DREAM TEAM!

Extremely rude staff. I asked for help locating a specific item and was told it was on the other side of the store. When I couldn’t find it, the woman seemed to be upset that I was asking for help again. She grabbed an item off the shelf dropped it, didn’t offer to pick it up, and told me, “If you don’t see it, we don’t have it.” I went to William Sonoma, got my item and was treated much better. I will never be going back to Crate & Barrel.

Placed an order online, a few days later it was canceled with no explanation. When I tried to reach out to customer service a robot made believe was a person dragged me along on a chat until finally tried to transfer me to a real person. That person never replied. Horrible customer service.

I have to compliment CeCy, the manager of the store. She proved to be very helpful and provided great feedback on a big purchase. Elizabeth was also patient and helpful. Congrats to CeCy and her staff.
