Normally, I don’t leave many reviews, but I feel compelled to leave a gleaming five star review for Damien. He went above and beyond with incredible customer service and professionalism and courtesy. I’m not sure if he’s the manager of this location, but he is literally the best example of customer service and customer experience at the highest level. Damien, you should be the leader of all the CB flagships; such a fantastic person to work with. Thank you!
Horrible customer service experience. I tried to return something and they did not allow it even though it was within the 30 day return window. I went to the Hallandale location. Beware of what you buy and make you love it because they might not let you return.
Looks great in-store 👍, but delivery is a nightmare 😤📦. Broken items, wrong orders, and slow or ghosting customer service turn the dream home haul into a headache. Refunds/returns drag forever 💸👎. Pretty store, painful reality.
