Worst customer service. Rude staff that should not work in customer facing jobs. Lazy staff, that rather pretend they are “busy” than take in person customers. Dont waste your time coming here.

Now we are trying to go less to the store at the coral gables because their customer service was not satisfactory. We purchased a sofa but the measures were off (smaller) the measure shown on the internet. When we bought the furniture, they were very patient and welcoming. Then after receiving the product, we told the issue to the customer service at the coral gables store. They said they would arrange someone to deal with it, but it has never happened. So, never over promise and under deliver.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received. After waiting for over two months for my furniture to arrive, they delivered the wrong piece. I have been trying for three weeks to get a refund, but because it's a custom order they still haven't completed the refund. I have been calling repeatedly and they keep giving me the same noncomittal answer that they are looking into it. I cannot belive that they have delivered something I did not order and still refuse to refund me.
