Extremely disappointing customer experience from start to finish. I purchased a sofa and additional furniture based on the understanding that delivery would be within a much shorter timeframe, only for timelines to continuously change with very little proactive communication or updates unless I chased myself. Crate and Barrel at Merrick Park beautiful store with great customer service.
Normally, I don’t leave many reviews, but I feel compelled to leave a gleaming five star review for Damien. He went above and beyond with incredible customer service and professionalism and courtesy. I’m not sure if he’s the manager of this location, but he is literally the best example of customer service and customer experience at the highest level. Damien, you should be the leader of all the CB flagships; such a fantastic person to work with. Thank you!
