Contacted them for replacement of a defected furniture chair - frame warped and paint chipping off less than a year - after noticing it in Spring and keep getting run around and being bounced to Burlington store where we placed the order. Not happy. Purchased full price not happy with the quality nor the poor service. C&B Burlington got in touch with me after I called the store direct. And delivered replacement asap. Very glad and learned that it’s best to contact the store direct.
My wife and I bought a beautiful couch at this location today. We were helped by Roy Mattson, who I have to say made our experience incredible. He was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all our questions. I highly recommend him and this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. John and Diana
