I am beyond disappointed with the store manager at Crate & Barrel in Burlington,Heather Darrow. This review is directed solely at her because the level of rudeness, incompetence, and complete lack of professionalism I experienced was unacceptable.Here’s the nightmare I went through: I returned some items in the store and asked them to place an online order for me.
