We purchased a solid wood dining table, and in less than a year, the surface has cracked in two locations: one 16 " split between two wood pieces and another 6" within a wood piece. We talked with the rep and store manager, and they considered this to be "natural" behavior of wood and did not offer a solution. Oh, they sent us a link to "Beeswax Polish" to help with this!
Kiko was fantastic helping us. Great experience with them. Very large store with lots of selection!
