Funny that I sat down on a chair for 10 seconds and a guy came to me and said “if you sit in this chair for too long you gotta buy it”. If this is actually the policy, put a sign next to it and define “too long” clearly
What an awful experience. In ordered something online, and I go to pick it up and it’s the wrong item. The fair thing to do would be to waive the shipping. The manager Michael was zero help. Instead his solution was to charge me more for the same item. He kept blaming the system to not be able to help a repeat customer. Poorly run store. The manager was also not to be found for extended period of time causing an unnecessary wait time.
Don't shop here...Never got my order in store pickup was told it t would be refunded. Still nothing.....
