Nice store. Great young lady who greeted me and happily answered my questions. This small bistro style table and chair set caught my eye
I had a wonderful visit to the Crate & Barrel at Tyson’s Galleria. I was having the neighborhood book club over that evening and wanted some new throw pillows for the couch. Well, I got pillows for the couch, candles for the fireplace, new stemware for the wine and some casual plates for the appetizers. The staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I visited this Crate & Barrel location for the first time today, and while the store itself was nice, my experience was frustrating. As I was shopping, I had a few items in my hands when a store associate kindly offered me a basket and to take my items to the counter. I appreciated the gesture and agreed. However, when I checked out, I assumed everything I had picked up was in my cart. Very poor customer service. Many staff around, but for some reason it took 20 min to retrieve an online order of a single item that I was there pick up in-store.
