I’ve had consistently great experiences at Crate & Barrel in Tysons Corner. The staff are extremely friendly and always make shopping a pleasure. Curbside pickup is seamless—quick, efficient, and without any issues. They have a fantastic selection of quality home goods, and the team is knowledgeable and helpful without being intrusive. If you’re nearby, this spot is a must-visit. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated the associate who helped me find the product—she was very kind and attentive. However, I can’t say the same about the cashier (associate name on the receipt: Needham). My first visit to this store was affected by the lack of friendliness, and I could feel the lack of warmth in his responses. We attended a registry event before the store opened to the general public and had a nice time! The store clerks provided helpful guidance to us, sitting us down before we started scanning to explain how the registry works, the perks, and even how it will interface with various wedding website vendors. They had some water and donuts out for us, but some coffee would have been appreciated given the early morning hour. We also received a lovely welcome gift of two glasses and a tote bag. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Crate & Barrel. I placed an order for an Axis sofa on September 1st. After waiting two and a half months, the sofa finally arrived in mid-December. However, after delivery, I realized the sofa was 38 inches deep, while I had ordered and paid for the 43-inch depth version. I contacted customer service and was told that my correct sofa was in their warehouse and that this was simply a delivery mistake.
