Susan B. at Crate & Barrel Tysons was an absolute godsend. She approached me so warmly after seeing what I am sure looked like the equivalent of a flailing, wounded duck trying to navigate a lake while I attempted to figure out what I wanted for my new living room. We were genuinely excited to use Crate & Barrel’s design services while furnishing our new bedroom, but unfortunately the experience has been frustrating from the beginning. We had an in-home consultation scheduled with our designer, Maja. When she contacted me, I returned her call the previous day and spoke with another employee, who told me they would notify her that I had called.
