The worst experience of my life buying furniture was at Crate & Barrel. I placed an order for 6 standard dining chairs in early February 2025 at the Tyson’s store with a sales associate. The expected delivery time was 3 months. It’s now end of June 2025 and after almost half a year of wait, I only received 5 chairs and I am told to wait another month for the last chair. Beware of Crate & Barrel Credit Card – Extremely High Interest I opened a Crate & Barrel credit card thinking it would offer helpful benefits for my purchases. Unfortunately, the interest rate is extremely high—much higher than most standard credit cards. Even with good credit (my score is 800), they charge over 39.99% APR, which is outrageous. Conveniently located at the Galleria. If you only want to visit this store then I'd recommend you park to the left of the store. Usually there is ample of parking. I asked if they would price match a kitchen appliance and to my surprise they price matched against Amazon and not only that but also gave me a 10% discount off of that!!
