Awful location. Unreliable inventory. They say they have stuff when you call but don’t when you get there.
I have a delivery. I called in 2 days earlier because there is a schedule change on my end. I tell them hey it’s an outdoor furniture we can leave it outdoors. Or you can reschedule it. They are like oh no you have to be there to sign it or pay $35 to reschedule it because we are CrATE and bARrel and all furniture pieces require signature. Such dumb rules.
To truck drivers with 53’ trailer —- Ur skills will be tested to get on e docks. Unloading pretty quick. However it is Amazing and wonderful place for shopping. But docks are in between the Mall and parking lot on Galleria Tyson II street (will attach pics to help someone)
I like this store but the employees never asked me how I am doing and I had to go to someone to obtain an item. Despite the lukewarm customer service they do have variety in kitchenware and I was impressed by their glassware.
Delivered the wrong size couches and any attempt to fix the issue has been met with silence by customer service. For almost 7k you would think they could return a phone call but zero response after many phone calls. I paid more for a crate and barrel product believing in this company and I have been completely let down. I am so disappointed
