My first purchase from this company was an outdoors concrete coffee table and a side table. I purchased the coffee table to be used indoors in my living room. I was happy with the purchase for the first 6 months until I started noticing stains that could not be removed. I follow their care instructions for any accidental spills but the stains were still appearing and could not be removed. Mind you - I only use this table indoors. Great customer service. I needed loaf pans and to browse. Maureen went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will definitely return!
This store is very nice to peruse and shop at….. if you have all the time in the world and are not in any kind of rush at all. I have been to this store countless times and if you have any question or need anything from the back, it takes a million years. No one has any sense of urgency. On one occasion I asked for additional glassware from the back and I watched the employee have a 20 minute chat before he even went to the back. Went for a couch, but they could not show me one I was looking for because they don't have one on the floor, only a picture .
