We recently purchased bedroom furniture and transaction went well until what we received was not what we believed we were getting. People in the store were friendly and nice but salesperson and his supervisor engaged in a bait and switch. We were sold a light colored item and received a medium to dark one. When we called to share our displeasure we were told that only dark ones were made. Proceed with caution here. What you see may not be what you get.
I always enjoy shopping at this location. It’s a pleasant space to browse and I can usually find something special. This time I stopped by to pick out a gift and had another great experience. Stella was especially helpful and made my shopping experience even more enjoyable. I really appreciated her assistance.
Stella at Crate and Barrel was so helpful in solving a customer service issue I had today. Her time, kindness and generosity were very appreciated by a mom with a toddler who wanted to leave. What a wonderful store manager. Thank you again, Stella!
