Upon entering, we were greeted & offered cucumber water. Amazing selection, can easily spend hours here. Might be a bit niche but the lights are a tad too bright and cool tone, so I’d appreciate something warmer while browsing.
We just bought a couch and Travis was helping us, couldn’t have been happier with the experience. He was knowledgeable, so friendly and even helped us secure a new home buyer 15% discount. We will definitely be back thanks to Travis, his above and beyond customer service was outstanding.
UNACCEPTABLE! I came here with my partner and kids shopping and to return some items. One of my kids had to use the bathroom and the nice gentleman at the counter happily pointed us to the bathroom. When I got there it looked like a bomb went off.... in both bathrooms. As a parent with 2 kids, to enter either male or female bathrooms to find NO TOILET PAPER, No paper towels it looked like a homeless person lived in there. Do not order delivery to store. Went to pick up my item after shipping to store to save on delivery fees. I notified the store when I was on my way, 40 minutes out. After a 40 minute drive, I told it we were here. We waited 10 minutes and no one acknowledged us. I then went into the store, 7 months pregnant, with a toddler, to notify them I was here.
