The worst location in the country, DO NOT SHOP HERE! If you want people to be fake nice to you while selling you the exact same glassware you could find at a TJ MAX at 10x the price, this is the place to be! Treats their employees terribly too!
Shopped at this location for our wedding registry. After making an appointment a few weeks in advance, we were almost not let into the store for our appointment. We were greeted by Stella, who told us we must be mistaken, and had to show her our confirmation to be let into the store. Following that there was no instructions on how to begin our registry or add items, we had to figure it all out on our own. I had an amazing experience at Craft Barrel thanks to Stella! She is the first manager I’ve ever seen who manages the floor so smoothly while taking such wonderful care of every guest. Always smiling, highly attentive, respectful, and her follow-up is top-notch. Such a great experience, highly recommended!
Great help from Sarah Shin. 1 star off for rude male questionable manager who said we didn’t qualify for a discount that we did.
