Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service Walked into the store ready to make a purchase, but was immediately put off by the atmosphere. No one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Staff saw me trying out couches, walked by me multiple times, and didn’t say a word—not even a simple “hello” or “can I help you?” The vibe was cold, standoffish, and frankly rude. Beautiful, open, and airy store. Huge selection of items and furniture on display. We were greeted by a staff member who helped to set up an appointment with a designer to help us determine how we want to decorate and furnish our house. They also have a large section upstairs with any kitchen item you may need.
Excellent customer service.
I had money left over on a gift card. I purchased wine glasses. The store has a variety of items. The sales help are ok.
Came in to test drive a specific couch/sofa. No greeting or welcome so walked over to two staff members. I asked if they had the couch and one made minimal effort to point to its location in showroom. Spent 5 minutes looking at and sitting on item and not one staff member came to assist or offer service. Walked past the two staff on way out without so much as a mumble.
