Rude workers... waited in line at the register just for the lady to completely ignore me and check out someone else who I guess she had been helping earlier. I understand checking out the person you were already helping first but would "sorry give me a second" kill you to say? Tried another register and the lady there was just gabbing on and on with a customer while wrapping her dishes at the pace of a snail (I'm taking 10+ minutes for like 4 cups) so I walked out.
I had a fantastic experience at Crate & Barrel thanks to Emily! She was extremely kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to help us throughout the process. Her customer service was truly outstanding — she’s a great problem solver and made everything smooth and stress-free. We ended up getting the Gathre couch and absolutely love it. I really appreciate Emily’s help and will definitely be asking for her next time I’m in the store!
Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service Walked into the store ready to make a purchase, but was immediately put off by the atmosphere. No one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Staff saw me trying out couches, walked by me multiple times, and didn’t say a word—not even a simple “hello” or “can I help you?” The vibe was cold, standoffish, and frankly rude. Beautiful, open, and airy store. Huge selection of items and furniture on display. We were greeted by a staff member who helped to set up an appointment with a designer to help us determine how we want to decorate and furnish our house. They also have a large section upstairs with any kitchen item you may need.
Excellent customer service.
