Had an unfortunate interaction with Kim S while returning an item. She was extremely rude and condescending. I have shopped at this location for years and it’s the first time I experienced this. It was jarring. I am not sure if she was being rude because they are in the process of closing down this location and are trying to get rid of inventory vs do returns, in which case, I would have been more than happy to drive to park meadows or go through the online process. Got two ceramic mugs for a Christmas exchange gift and Kylie R. Just rang me out and stepped away from the counter and said there you go. Location is in a mall. So she wants a paying customer to walk around the mall with ceramic mugs. I asked if she can wrap them and she did. I then had to ask for a bag. She replied bags are .10cents I don’t feel like ringing it out so I’ll give you one. First thing I noticed I didn’t get greeted what so ever just looked at. Do better crate & barrel.
